Lost Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier it is no longer our responsibility. You will need to reach out to the carrier delivering your package and file a claim for a lost package.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on items that are not the correct size or if the customer is unhappy with the purchase. The customer has 10 business days to return the item unwashed, with no perfumes, no tags removed. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. Store Credit
We offer store credit due to any fault of our own as long as its within opening the package and receiving the item.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately upon opening the package and noticing if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item upon receiving, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
